Diemly is run by Simon Nagy, Hungary. For anything about your data, write to privacy@diemly.app. For help with the app: hello@diemly.app.
Diemly is for people aged 16 and over. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 16. If you are under 16, please do not use Diemly. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we delete it and its data. If you think a child has an account, write to privacy@diemly.app.
Only to show you your goals and progress, and to show your friends the goals you choose to share. Friends see progress and streaks for shared goals, never the numbers you log or your Health data.
Challenges are the one place others see a number: when you join a challenge, its members see your name and your total for that challenge's one activity between its start and end dates (for example "Anna: 182,000 steps"). In a competition this total comes from Apple Health. Diemly shows you this before you join, and you can leave a challenge at any time; members never see single entries, other goals or other Health data.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or marketing, or give it to data brokers. Health data is never used for anything except showing you your own progress.
On Cloudflare's servers (our hosting provider), which process it on our behalf. Health data is not stored in iCloud.
Only the developer, Simon Nagy, can access the database, and only to help you when you ask for support or to fix a problem. Access is protected with two-factor login. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
When we email you a code (to confirm your email or reset your password), the email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend receives only your email address, your first name and the email itself, and processes them on our behalf.
We process account data to provide the service you signed up for, and Health data only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
